Emmerdale's Sammy Winward and Hollyoaks' Jodi Albert talk chocolate, chips and skiving from the gym.

How much do you weigh?
I don't often weigh myself. I'm about 8½st and mainly size 10, but if I want trouser to slouchy I'll buy size 12.

Was the Hollyoaks video fun to do?
Yes, bu it was hard work! The message we wanted to get across os that if can do it, anybody can. There's me, Ali Bastian and Sarah Dunn. The hollyoaks girls have this reputation for having perfect figures. This proves we haven't.

Do you exercise?
I have to push myself to go to the gym, but I love dance classes. When I'm dancing the weight falls off my tummy first, which is great - although it means it's the first place it goes back on.

Are you careful what you eat?
I'm a bit rubbish. Half og says: "That's not good for you," but it's often too late as the other half has put in into my mouth. I try to healthy by eating fruit and veg, but I also eat chocolate.

Do you count the calories?
The minute I tell I'm dieting it the minute I want to eat more, so I don't. I figure if I crave it, my body must need it. I try to eat sensibly, with breakfast, lunch and dinner, and I'll snack on fruit.

Do you have "pig-out" days? What do you eat?
Pizza, chocolate, crisps - all the stuff we're told is "bad" for you. I can't preach that I'm perfect, because I'm not. I don't always eat healthily or go to the gym as often as I could. I always vow to start that diet on Monday - then Monday comes and goes!

Do you have a sweet tooth?
A dangerously sweet one! Chocolate, especially Galaxy, is my favourite. I need to have a little nibble every day.

Does you boyfriend, Westlife singer Kian Egan, help boost your confidence?
He's really sweet, but he's also very honest. When I ask him if I need to toon up, he'll say: "If you feel you need to, then do it."

Which part of your body do you like best?
I hate answering this! My legs are OK, I guess. I'll wear short skirts and feel fairly confident.

Which part of your body is your least favorite?
My feet. Toes are so ugly! I'll wear strappy sandals if I must, but I'm happier in a full shoe.

Is there rivalry between the Hollyoaks girl about who looks the best?
Sorry to disappoint, but there's no bitchiness. We're all in the same boat so we pull together.

Do you feel under pressure in this industry to stay slim?
Women feel pressure whether they're on TV or in front of friends. As long as you're happy in yourself, that's all that matters. The stick-think look is long gone: look at Jennifer Lopez and Beyonce. I woulnt mind a bum like J-Lo's!
