+++ Hollyoaks Girls: Our body beautiful secrets +++

Jodi Albert, 21, left Hollyoaks last year after her character, Debbie Dean, was invovled in a big murder trial storyline. She's dating Westlife star Kian Egan and is looking to get into films.

People have this perception of Hollyoaks girls being perfect and it's not true. I'm just a normal girl trying to do the best with what I've got.
I loved the idea behind our dance video because we're not saying we're brilliant and we know everything about fitness. We were learning the routine as we were filming, so people doing it at home can take the piss out of us messing it up on screen. It's like, "If we can do it anyone can."
My aim is to make the best of my body shape. I've never been into fad diets and I'd hate to be ultra-skinny, I think being too thin looks as bad as being too fat. I do put on weight easily, but if I feel there's a bit too much love on my handles, I'll spend a week or two exercising and cutting out crap.
I'm rubbish at eating healthily. My mum kills me for it. I'm living back at home for the moment so she cooks for me and I have to eat my vegetables in front of her like a little kid. She'll go, "Come on Jo, now eat up your greens."
Sexy shoots are part of this job, but I don't mind as long as I feel comfortable. Lad mags always try to persuade us to strip off, but I'm very strong minded about what I will and won't do. I won't just get my t*ts out.
I've left Hollyoaks now am I'm excited to be back in London, it's a new chapter in my life and there's lots bubbling under. Hollyoaks was a brilliant learning curve for me, but I'd like to step up a gear and challenge myself, I'm not going to just take the first thing that comes along. My agent's had a couple of calls for awfull things like Celebrity Wrestling. I was like, "No Way."
It's nice being home because Kian and I can see each other a lot more now, but we were happy anyway. We've come from the same background and we understand the pressures of this industry. We're crazy about each other, but we're not getting married - despite what the papers say. If I had a ring for every time I'd got "engaged" I'd have more bling than J.Lo. I'm only 21 and there's a lot more I want to do with my life before I become a wife. I'll have to earn loads more money because I want a huge wedding. I need a few Hollywood movies to come my way first.
