GORGEOUS Jodi Albert yesterday confessed it was love at first sight with Westlife boyfriend Kian Egan.
The 21-year-old Hollyoaks star has been dating the singer for over a year-and-a-half and yesterday told how she fell for him before they ever met - after seeing a photo of the band.
When they did see each other in person, her love was sealed and now Kian and Jodi are one of the hottest celebrity couples around.
She told the RTE Guide: "The first I'd heard of Westlife was when I was in Simon Cowell's office and he showed me a photo and said, 'There you go darling, there's my new boy band'.
"I looked at it and went, 'OK, cool'. I picked out Kian immediately but I didn't think much of it.
"It wasn't until I met him at the Party In The Park and we started talking that I got to know him.
"It was more of a secret crush before that."
That first meeting was six years ago in Hyde Park in London but it took almost four years for the couple to finally get together.
Kian, 24, revealed: "The first day we ever met, we'd just released our first single.
"Jodi was there with Simon Cowell who was their A&R man at the time.
"She was 15, I was 18 and after Party In The Park we stayed good friends for a long, long time.
"Then when I was in Manchester the year before last on tour... well, that's when we went out and it all sparked off."
Love blossomed and now the rumour mill is suggesting the couple will tie the knot soon.
In a world of celebrity, Jodi and Kian are very down to earth. They like to keep their private life just that and they don't flog their relationship as a commodity.
But both Kian and Jodi have said they are not getting married anytime in the near future.
Sligo lad Kian revealed: "I think there's a lot to be said for keeping your relationship private nowadays. If you're very open about it in the media today it can put a strain on the relationship and things can be written that are totally untrue.
"We act like a normal couple and we don't look at each other in the sense of celebrity status or anything like that.
"She's my girlfriend and I'm her boyfriend and that's the way it is, really.
"We certainly don't feel any pressure regardless of what anybody says in the papers.
"They can print what they want and people can assume we're getting married because Nicky, Brian and Shane got married quite young.
"I've always had the attitude that you should be with someone a very long time before you get married and also you should be living with a person a year or two before you get married.
"Jodi and I practically do live together. We have our little small house up there in Sligo - it's by the seaside.
"There's nothing big or special about it, it's only a four-bedroom little bungalow. It's all we need." Kian also has an apartment in London while Jodi lives in Chingford in east London.
She has just left her role as Debbie Dean in Hollyoaks and her next big job is presenting the Cheerios Childline concert with Kian in Dublin.
The beauty admitted she is a bit apprehensive about getting up in front of thousands of screaming music fans to introduce the pop acts.
She said: "I'm quite nervous about it but I think it's more nervous excitement because I haven't done anything like this before.
"I'm bringing my mum and dad, Eileen and George, over with me. I want them to spend a weekend in Dublin because I love it."
You can see Kian and Jodi presenting the Cheerios Childline concert this Sunday in the Point Theatre at 8pm.
Tickets are on sale from Ticketmaster and usual outlets priced at EUR36.
