The other day me and Kian were sitting on the couch wacthing Christmas films all day and stuffing our faces. We're such babies together.

"He reckons that after Christmas he'll get his act - and I'll make sure he gets a trainer and sticks to it.

He said at the time: "We're not going to gym or going on a diet. We don't need to lose weight. We don't need to get in shape.
We are not cutting back on out lifestyle - why should we? Louis has got his own opinion on how we look, but I don't agree with it."
Fat or think, Kian and the other member of "The Loif" will kick off their Red Carpet Arena Tour in February.
This year's Turnaround Tour was a huge success as the boys performed more than 70 shows in five months.
